Super {Fitness} Mama

I Run because I can.
I workout because I want to be a healthy role model to my family
I make it happen because it is important to me.


Hey Y'all!! I'm a BUSY Mama to 3 Girls (you already knew that!), we moved to Washington 2 months ago, and I'm still adjusting to the weather and the environment. Husband left to meet the ship while they finish up their [last 4 1/2 months] deployment. So, what do I do in the meantime...RUN!! Well, Run and other workouts, I've got a few more lbs to lose before I reach my goal. YAY, so CLOSEEE!!! Stay tuned...I've got a Race Schedule, that I hope to accomplish!! I'm EXCITED; Let's do thissss!!!!


I've been a pretty fit, curvy person growing up. It wasn't until I got married and became "comfortable" that I saw MAJOR changes in my health & fitness!! After my 2nd daughter, I decided to take my body back; losing 38lbs in 9months. Only to turn around and get pregnant AGAIN; big surprise!! I stayed as active as I could during pregnancy and came back to pre-baby weight at 4 months post-baby; 31 lbs!!! I have since lost a few more lbs and am looking to TONE UP!!!
