Super Saturday Adventures

Where do I begin, I've got side-tracked with tears...tears for a family loss. 
It just doesn't matter what the reason is, no one is ever prepared. 
Cancer is truly a horrible disease. And, I'm beyond amazed to know she fought so hard, she is certainly a fighter. And, will  be incredibly missed.
This has been weighing on me for the past few weeks, months, and even though we knew time was limited, she kept fighting onward. I cried every time, I thought of her little boy, just turned 3 a few weeks ago, same age as my little girl. Whewww...
The hardest part was passing the news along to husband, that's his cousin, so young, early 30s. I wish he wasn't an ocean away, it's a hard time for us all. 

Whew....lifting myself up. 
We had a GREAT bootcamp this morning, 3 Ladies got a butt-kicking with planks, core and a quick run. My balance was off today, must of been the extra sleep I got, it never does my body good. Then we headed out to a Care Package Party, we got crafty decorating boxes and filling them with goodies for our men, 2 Halloween themed boxes, can't forget my brother.

Now, to spend the evening with my girls.

The Great Cupcake Race!

It was definitely an Adventurous Saturday for us!! 

Got my girl registered for Fall Youth Soccer, her 2nd year w/the YMCA!!
Went out for a movie at the base cinema; Watched Madagascar 3 for the 2nd time.

During Naptime, I got busy completing our School Command Center, since I [finally] received our Fabulous Customized Calendar. Just another AWESOME DIY Project in our household.

Next, comes the RUNNING!!! I met up with a few friends, for some walking. I got to sneak a 1 MILE RUN on the way to meeting them. I didn't track the walking we did, roughly 2 miles though, great conversations!! And, the weather was PERFECT!

After the walk, I squeezed in another 2 miles.

Once we got home and settled, around 8:30. Leanna said, "Today was GREAT, Mama!! Well, not the running in the DARK part" Hahahahahah...Mama had to get her RUN on!! ;-)

Super Saturday Adventures!

Hello, September!!

It went a little something like this, got woken up by the girls at 7AM, they had stolen my phone and were on netflix, that's why my 6:30 alarm didn't wake me. Grr!!

Husband called ONE LAST TIME, from his cell phone to tell us he loved us and he will see us in a few months. They leave the USA and head out to the big blue sea.I then got busy with the morning routine, brushing teeth, diaper for baby girls, breakfast, nursing....no Early AM Workout, like I mentioned I either get up EARLY before they do, go during naptime or when they are in bed. I have to give my workouts 100%!!

While, they ate breakfast, I decided to hop on the Wii scale; DOWN 2.9 lbs since the Monday weigh-in. Husband and I weighed in before we took him to the ship. Hello, 161!!

I then headed out to get [some] of the birthday food items for tomorrow and on a huge spur of the moment went on the hunt for a hair salon that had immediate availability for a walk-in. I needed it BAD and decided today was the day! Felt GREAT to get some length off; this SuperMama has been on the go, go go. We still have to head back out after naps.
  I am loving my new Fabulous Do'!!
