Today was the start to BeachBody DOUBLE WORKOUTS!!
Only 2 weeks left of Les Mills Pump.
Week One of Turbofire.
Mix in Spinning/Running with the November [Daily] Challenge.
I've got this!!

59 sec plank
29 push ups
32 tricep dips

Now, for some spinning while we finish up a movie.
Foam Rolling & Stretching Tonight!
