Tuesday Routine

There's NO bootcamp this week; it's back to school week!! 
Tomorrow is my FIRST Moms Run This Town Meetup; Wednesday Runday!!
My girl is now enrolled at the school that has a walking path from base. 
I'll be that mom in her workout gear, since I've got Les Mills Pump before school and then the Meetup!! Makes for a Fabulous Fitness-Filled Morning!!

Here's the Routine from last Tuesday. The Core Routine was KILLAH!!!


**Warm-up; stretch!
Jumping jacks
Jog in place
Squat punches

**LEGS:
Squats (knee)
Clockwise touches*
Kneeling roundhouse kick
Hip extension & cross
Jump squats

**ARMS: 10-14(each side) reps
Tricep dips n’ kicks
Triangle push-ups
Tricep dips (picnic table)
Scorpion push-ups
  
**CORE: Repeat 4x
Side Plank with Alternating Leg Raise (4/8)
Hold 10 second plank -  
Side winders
Mountain climbers
V sit-ups
Russian twists

**COOL DOWN:2 laps around lake; run, jog, walk 
Stretch!
