I TRY to eat before workout, here goes it;
- clif bar
- oatmeal w/a variation of PB or fruits
- steel cut oats w/a variation of PB or fruits
- egg whites w/veggies like, spinach, bell peppers,
- mixed nuts, like cashews, sesame seeds, raisins
- boiled egg(s)
- pita chips w/hummus
- hummus w/cucumbers, carrots or bell peppers
- cheese stick
- spoonfuls of PB
- almond butter
- toast with almond butter or PB
- quinoa salad
- spinach salad with mixed veggies
- kale salad
- greek yogurt w/fresh or frozen fruits
- granola bar
- kale chips
